ABOUT IIM CALCUTTA
The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta) was established as the first national institute for Post Graduate Studies and Research in Management by the Government of India in November 1961. Participants are expected to take up group projects in areas of supply chain management related to their companies.

TEACHING METHODOLOGY: Each module will be taught with the help of live lectures , interactive sessions , case studies, live corporate examples and general discussions. Participants are expected to take up group projects in areas of supply chain management related to their companies.
PROGRAM DESIGN : Students will undergo six modules during this period.
EVALUATION : Each module have mid and end module examinations conducted using online assessment. Evaluation may also include one or more of the following: case study discussion, assignments and class participation. The final decision on the evaluation methods rests with IIM Calcutta and may change.

CERTIFICATION : In each module students will be awarded grades like Excellent, Good, Average and Poor. The candidates who receive up to 1 or less Poor grade will receive Certificate of Successful Completion in Executive Program in Supply Chain Management. Candidates having more than 1 poor grade will receive ‘Certificate of Participation’ from the IIM Calcutta,

DURATION AND TIMINGS :
• The duration of the program is 1 year.
• The Program will be conducted once a week on Wednesdays,6.30 pm – 9.30 pm through classes held at the Centre for Advanced Learning
There will be a two campus visits to the IIM Calcutta campus, during the program in addition to the classroom modules. The 1st campus visit will be of 3 days and the 2nd campus visit will be of 3 days.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : Working Executives with at least two years of experience (as on February 1, 2010) and a graduation (10+2+3 or equivalent) / post graduation (10+2+3+2 or equivalent) degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (aggregate).Photocopies of the marksheet and experience letter has to submitted along with the application form

SELECTION PROCESS Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Program Aptitude Test (PAT) , together with the assessment of background and motivation (SOP) based on the application form submitted.

FEES SCHEDULE : Program Fee: Rs. 1,40,000/- + 10.3% Service Tax = Rs. 1,54,420/-
The fees above are inclusive of all academic charges, examinations, textbooks and study material.

– Instalment 1 (Feb 1, 2012) : Rs. 30,884/-
– Instalment 2 (Apr 1, 2012) : Rs. 30,884/-

A mandatory campus module fee is to be paid vide DD drawn in favour of IIM Calcutta, before every campus visit. This amount includes boarding and lodging expenses. Travel arrangements (including travel expenses) for the campus visit have to be made by the participants themselves.
– The Campus Instalment to be paid vide DD drawn in favour of “Indian Institute of Management Calcutta” payable at Kolkata
– Campus Instalment 1 : Rs. 18,000/- (Rs. 3,000/- per day) for 6 days
– Campus Instalment 2 : Rs. 9000/- (Rs. 3,000/- per day) for 3 days

Early Bird Fee Waiver:

An Early Bird Fee Waiver** of Rs. 10,000/- on the overall program fee exists for those who meet all of the following conditions:

a) Fully complete and valid applications received by October 4, 2011
b) Appear in PAT by October 9, 2011
c) Complete registration formalities on/before the last date mentioned in the offer letter.
Those who meet (a) and (b) mentioned above if selected by IIM C, will be intimated formally through the offer letter issued by NIIT Imperia.
